Re/Ending-Re/Birthing

The three endings that follow represent alternative outcomes. Though shadows of the first lurk in the second, and much of the second will impact the third, they are independent.

The first presents the traditional fanfic answer, leaving Aparans whole and key characters relatively unscathed.

That answer's lingering sense of dissatisfaction suggests disposing of conventional restrictions. The second ending is thus an unfettered reworking of the Aparansian world. The un-story continues, holding none of the core television characters as too sacred not to be radically redefined or extinguished.

The final segment portrays a dark fairy tale ending that could never be, and indulgent nod to unhappily-ever-afters.
